The Court:- Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the parties submits that the parties have arrived at a mutual settlement between themselves and hands over a written 'Terms of Settlement', which is kept on record. In terms of the said the terms of settlement, a demand draft of Rs. 50,00,000/- is handed over here and now by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner to his counterpart appearing for the respondent, representing their respective clients.

Accordingly, AP/113/2024 is disposed of in the light of the terms of settlement which have been filed in Court today and kept on record. The terms of settlement are made a part of this order.
