In paragraph 4, 'May 5, 2005' be replaced with 'May 9, 2005'. In paragraph 5, the word 'appellant' appearing in the last line of page 2 be replaced with the word 'respondent' and the word 'vendor' appearing in the second last sentence of such paragraph be replaced with the word 'appellant'.

In paragraph 8, the word 'commenced' be replaced with the word 'concluded'. In paragraph 9, 'September 2, 2012' be replaced with 'February 15, 2011'.

In paragraph 11, the word 'appellate' be replaced with 'competent'. The words 'under Section 33 of the Act of 1976' appearing after the word 'authority' in paragraph 11 be deleted.

The word 'appellant' in paragraph 16 be replaced with the word 'respondent'.

In paragraph 22, the word 'appellant' be replaced with the word 'respondent' and the words in the same paragraph namely 'Kamala Bala Paul, since deceased, who was the Power of Attorney holder' be replaced with the word 'appellant'

In paragraph 25, 'September 2, 2012' be replaced with 'February 15, 2011'.

In paragraph 37, the word 'by' be inserted between 'July 5, 2005' and 'Kamala Bala Paul, since deceased'. The word 'appellant' be inserted after 'Power of Attorney' in the same paragraph.
