The Court: Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on recocord. This is an application for appointment of an Arbitrator in view of recusal of the erstwhile learned Arbitrator. The learned Arbitrator has recused as the learned Arbitrator had appeared as a counsel against the Airport Authority of India. Under such circumstances, the Court appoints Hon'ble Justice Mr. Ranjit Kumar Bag, (Retired), High Court at Calcutta as the Arbitrator, to arbitrate the dispute. This appointment is subject to compliance of Section 12 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The learned Arbitrator shall fix his/her own remuneration as per the Schedule of the Act.
