2. The parties submit that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator expired on December 3, 2024. The arguments are complete and the award is awaited.

3. Under such circumstances, justice demands that the mandate of the learned Arbitrator should be extended by a further period of three

months from the date of communication of this order, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award.
