The only clarification sought by Mr. Soumabho Ghose, learned advocate appearing for the applicant is that the expression "appropriate forum" in the third last paragraph of the order be clarified to include "this court in the exercise of its writ jurisdiction". In our opinion, "appropriate forum" is an all inclusive expression including all judicial fora that does not need any clarification. This application (IA No. GA 2 of 2022) is thus disposed of. (I. P.
