...for the petitioner The Court:- In the order dated May 15, 2023, it was recorded that the track reports pertaining to the service of the invocation under Section 21 of the 1996 Act had been filed in Court and be kept on record. However, it subsequently transpired that the said track reports do not necessarily indicate proper service of the said notice on the respondents. However, as rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner, since the respondents did not specifically object to the service of the said notice under Section 21, the effect of the order passed on May 15, 2023 remains otherwise the same. Hence, no further order need be passed in the matter. Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated May 15, 2023. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) sg.
