The Court: This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and testament dated 22nd December, 2020 left behind by the above named deceased.

Heirs/heiresses in intestacy of the deceased testator are respectively the executor and executrix to the last Will dated 22nd December, 2020 left behind by the deceased. The executor and the executrix are respectively the son and daughter of the deceased testator. No one else is there to object the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, this application for grant of probate is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition.
