Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has mentioned the matter for correction in the order dated 17th March, 2025 wherein this Court has disposed of PLA/213/2024 but in the order dated 17th March, 2025 in the first page paragraph No. 3 last line, the name of the wife of the testator is wrongly recorded as 'Karan Agarwal' instead of 'Kiran Agarwal'.

3. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. Perused the record.

4. In the order dated 17th March, 2025 in the first page paragraph No. 3 last line, the name of the wife of the testator shall be read as 'Kiran Agarwal' instead of 'Karan Agarwal'.

5. This order may be incorporated with the order dated 17th March, 2025.
