Counsel for the applicant submits that in the similar set of matter was taken up before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court and the parties have settled their disputes.

Accordingly, Delhi High Court has passed an order in terms of settlement entered between the parties.

In view of the settlement entered between the parties before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, the applicant in the present case is not intending to proceed with the matter and prayed for withdrawal of the application. In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the applicant, IPDATM/204/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
