The Court: The present application bearing GA-COM/1/2024 has been filed jointly by the parties for recording settlement between the parties in terms of Clauses (a) to (j) of paragraph 7 of the application. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, GA-COM/1/2024 is allowed, thereby disposing of AP/240/2023 by taking on record the terms of settlement between the parties as mentioned in paragraph no. 7(a) to paragraph no. 7(j) in the application and granting liberty to the parties to proceed with the exercise of the process of settlement as recorded therein.

Liberty is also granted to the parties to mention the connected execution application as and when occasion so arises as well as to approach the appropriate Bench having determination for getting necessary orders passed in terms of the settlement in connection with the pending review application.

The petitioner is also granted liberty in terms of paragraph no. 7(h) to approach the Registrar, Original Side for taking steps in terms of the said paragraph.
