...for the respondent The Court: Learned counsel appearing for the parties submit that the dispute has been settled by way of a Memorandum of Understanding dated 15th December, 2023.

Clause 20 of the MOU records that both the parties agree to withdraw all cases and claims from this Court and any other Government/ private body at the State or National level.

AP/241/2023 is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the MOU dated 15th December, 2023.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.
