For Intervenor The Court : Learned counsel for the decree holder has submitted that the possession of the suit property has been handed over to his client and his client is now in the peaceful vacant possession of the said premises.

Learned counsel for the intervenor has submitted that his client has shown his bona fide and, as such, he has prayed for exemption of the cost of Rs.10,000/-.

Learned counsel for the decree holder has left the matter to the discretion of this Court.

Learned Special Officer is present and he shall be paid a further sum of 1000GMs. as full and final payment.

The cost imposed on the judgment debtor is waived. Learned Special Officer submits his report in Court. Let the same be kept on record.

The execution case being EC 245 of 2023 is disposed of on full satisfaction.
