The Court:- It is submitted by the parties that during the pendency of this suit, the parties have settled their disputes in Terms of Settlement duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the suit. Let CS/75/2022 alongwith all connected applications stand disposed of in terms of the Terms of Settlement.

Let a decree be drawn up in terms of the Terms of Settlement expeditiously.

All interim orders, if any, stand vacated.

The Receiver stands discharged.

It is submitted by the parties that pursuant to orders of Court, the Special Officer is seized of certain goods and labels which form the subject matter of the suit.

Accordingly, by consent of the parties, the Special Officer is directed to serve a notice on the respective Advocates of both the parties within seven days from date and destroy the seized goods.

The plaintiff is directed to pay the Special Officer a consolidated remuneration of Rs.15,000/-.

The Special Officer shall stand discharged after carrying out the aforesaid function.
