...for the respondents The Court : Nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. It is the specific contention of the learned Advocate for the bank that the property has been sold and the sale certificate has been issued.

The petitioners are interested to buy the property. They had earlier participated in the e-auction process in respect of the selfsame property and offered their price for the property. The auction did not reach a favourable conclusion.

The petitioner again wanted to offer their price in case the property remained unsold. Petitioner alleges that the second eauction notice had not been widely published. Mr. Rai submits that the e-auction notice was duly published in the daily newspapers and the procedure laid down by law, had been followed.

Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of without any orders.
