1. It has been brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioners have made necessary payment and possession of the plot in terms of the Notice Inviting Tender has been handed over to the petitioners.

2. The petitioners raise issue with regard to the municipal tax charged by the Port authority. The petitioners raise further issue with regard to GST on the municipal tax that has been levied.

3. The Port Trust authority will be obliged to charge tax from the petitioners strictly in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
