Learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner is granted liberty to correct the cause title in course of the day. This is an application under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The mandate of the learned Arbitrator terminated. Witness action had commenced. At this stage, an application under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was filed.

Considering the submission, the pleadings and the progress made in the proceeding,this Court deems it fit to extend the time by a further period of

one year from the date of communication of this order to the learned Arbitrator, to enable the learned Arbitrator to make and publish the award within the aforesaid extended period.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
