The Court: It is submitted by Mr. Saptangsu Basu, learned Senior Advocate, that during the pendency of the writ petition the Kolkata Municipal Corporation has supplied a copy of the order of the Hearing Officer. Appeal has already been preferred without such copy. As the copy has now been received by the petitioners, the petitioners shall be at liberty to file additional grounds challenging the order of the Hearing Officer. The Tribunal shall accept such additional grounds along with the copy of the order and decide the issues raised within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter claims of the parties and all points are kept open for a decision before the authority including the order passed with regard to the attachment of the rent.

WPO/1742/2022 is disposed of accordingly.
