The Court: Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and accordingly, he does not wish to press the execution application.

In light of the settlement made, the Receiver is directed to hand over the vehicle to the judgment-debtor within ten days from date. The Receiver shall be discharged upon carrying out the above activity. A fee of Rs.10,000/- should be paid to the Receiver for the above activity.

Accordingly, EC/320/2018 is dismissed as withdrawn. All interim orders stand vacated.
