1. Mr. Debdutta Raha, learned Counsel, is appearing for the petitioner.

2. The matter is listed as "To Be Mentioned" on the prayer made by the Counsel for the petitioner for correction in the Order dated 17th March, 2025.

3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 17th March, 2025, in page No.2 paragraph No.4 line No.3, the date of the death of wife of the testator is wrongly recorded as "30th January, 2020" instead of "9th November, 2020". Similarly, in line No.4 the name of the daughter is wrongly recorded as "Gayatri Ghosh" instead of "Swati Ghosh" and in the 5th Line the death of the date of the daughter is wrongly recorded as "9th November, 2020" instead of "30th January, 2020".

4. Considered the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner.

5. In the order dated 17th March, 2025, page No.2 paragraph No.1 shall be read as "Counsel for the petitioner submits that the testator died on 26th January, 2021. The wife of the testator was predeceased to the testator who died on 09th November, 2020. He has submitted that one of the daughters, namely, Swati Ghosh, was also predeceased to the testator, who died on 30th January, 2020, leaving behind her husband and one son." instead of "Counsel for the petitioner submits that the testator died on 26th January, 2021. The wife of the testator was predeceased to the testator who died on 30th January, 2020. He has submitted that one of the daughter, namely, Gayatri Ghosh, was also the predeceased to the testator who died on 09.11.2020 leaving behind her husband and one son."

6. This Order may be incorporated in the order dated 17th March, 2025.
