...for the respondent nos. 3 to 5 The Court : The writ petition, as it has been framed, cannot be entertained.

The Court is not inclined to pass any direction on the Cricket Association of Bengal (in short CAB) as to how it should regulate

the sale of tickets, when an alternative mechanism for redressal of grievances of the members by the learned Ombudsman, is in the place.

The CAB will forward the representation of the petitioners to the learned Ombudsman within two weeks and the learned Ombudsman is requested to dispose of the representation. The petitioners' grievance as life members of the CAB, shall be addressed accordingly.

Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

This order shall not be construed as an opinion of this court on the maintainability of the writ petition.
