The Court: The appellant has come up being aggrieved by continuation of the execution proceedings without the appellant being supplied a copy of the amended cause title of the execution petition. Learned Advocate for the respondent/plaintiff says that this appeal has been filed with wrong cause title.

We understand that an order has been passed by the learned Single Judge in the executing Court on June 30, 2025, directing the plaintiff/decree-holder to supply a copy of the amended execution petition to the present appellant.

In any event, we do not see how this appeal is maintainable. However, since the learned Single Judge has already passed a direction, we do not deem it necessary to pass any order on this appeal. The appeal being APOT/175/2025 stands disposed of along with the connected application.
