The Court : The instant application has been filed by the State Bank of India complaining that they are suffering an interim order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal No.III at Kolkata being SA No.190 of 2014 (Yes Bank Ltd. vs. State Bank of India). In that view of the matter, this Court directs the DRTIII to dispose of SA No.190 of 2014 positively and mandatorily within the month of November, 2021 i.e. on or before 30th November, 2021.

With the aforesaid direction, WPO/789/2021 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
