The Court:- Learned counsel for the parties have submitted that the entire decreetal amount has been paid off and as such the instant proceeding should be disposed of.

Learned Receiver has also submitted one report. Let it be taken on record. Copies of the report have been served. By filing the said report, the learned Receiver has sought for leave for closing the relevant bank account after disbursing the amount of accrued interest lying in the said bank account to any person as per direction of this Court.

Learned Receiver is to close the relevant bank account as per report after paying the amount of accrued interest lying in the bank account to the decree-holder. As the decree has been satisfied the instant execution proceeding has been disposed of on full satisfaction.

Learned Receiver is discharged.
