This suit has been pending since 2012.

This matter has appeared at the instance of the Department. It appears that notwithstanding an order dated 10th April, 2014 the plaintiff has not complied with any of the directions issued by the Department nor taken any steps to rectify any of the defects which had been found upon scrutiny by the Department and of which the plaintiff was made aware. In view of the aforesaid, it is evident that the plaintiff is neither interested nor diligent in proceeding with this suit.

Accordingly, CS/217/2012 stands dismissed.
