The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of probate.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some defects which cannot be cured by way of amendment and as such the petitioner intends to withdraw the present application with the liberty to file a fresh application.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, PLA/223/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. The original Will and the other documents filed with this application be returned to the petitioner subject to furnishing copy of the said documents in the department. The department is also directed refund Court fee to the petitioner with liberty to use the said Court fee, if the petitioner intends to file a fresh.
