The Court: On 13th May, 2022 as per the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, the case was adjourned till 13th June, 2022. When the matter was called on 14th June, 2022, counsel for both the parties submitted that talks of settlement was going on between the parties and prayed for time and accordingly, the matter was adjourned till 23rd June, 2022. On 24th June, 2022 when the matter was again taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of either of the parties and for the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned till 4th July, 2022. Today when the matter is called on, none appears on behalf of either of the parties. It reveals that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter. Hence, this Court has no other alternative but to dismiss AP/630/2014 for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
