The Court :- This is an application for grant of letters of administration with the last Will and Testament dated 10th Decemaber, 2018 left behind by the above named deceased annexed thereto.

The mother of the deceased predeceased him. The widow died after the death of the deceased. One of the daughters is the applicant and the other daughter has consented to the grant.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the application for grant of letters of administration is allowed by granting order in terms of prayer (a) of the petition subject to the applicant furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.11,15,000/- with one surety. The petition for grant of letters of administration stands disposed of, accordingly.
