1. Today, the matter has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' for correction of the judgment dated 5th May, 2026.

2. It appears that the in the first page of the aforesaid judgment, the surname of the petitioner has wrongly been recorded as 'Chakraborti'. The department is directed to correct the same by incorporating 'Chakrabarti' in place and stead of 'Chakraborti'. It further appears that in the appearance of the private respondent, the name of one of the learned Advocates has wrongly been recorded as 'Sanjoy Boul'. Let the same be corrected as 'Sanjoy Bose'. The department is also directed to carry out the aforesaid correction in the judgment dated 5th May, 2026.
