Accordingly, the order is recalled and the file is restored to it original file and number. Subsequently, Mr. Singh submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and, accordingly, wishes to withdraw the execution petition. In light of the above submissions, the Execution Application being EC/337/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn.
