The Court:- Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondent. No accommodation is prayed for. Affidavit of service indicating delivery of the postal articles is taken on record.

Considering the prima facie case, this Court had injuncted the award debtor from operating the bank accounts of the respondent, which were linked with PAN BFSPB1147P, without keeping aside a sum of Rs.21,83,062/-. Under such circumstances, the interim order is made absolute to the extent that the respondent shall be at liberty to operate his bank accounts by ensuring that a continuous balance of Rs.21,83,062/- is maintained in either of the bank accounts or together, in two or three bank accounts, as the case may be. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps before the concerned authority in this regard, on the basis of the order dated August 5,

2025 and the order passed today. It is made clear that, this interim order will continue till 30th November 2025.

This application is disposed of.
