The grievance of the petitioner is directed against two separate two notices issued under the Transfer of Property Act and under the Public Premises Act, 1971 respectively by the respondent authorities. It is fairly submitted by Mr. Kar, Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner that in view of the correct position of law, he would like to proceed before the Appropriate Authority and seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, WP No. 843 of 2008 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
