The Court:- Records reveal that by an order dated 10th December 2024, this Court granted liberty to the appellant to file the affidavit in opposition to the injunction application by 10th January 2025 and for reply thereto, if any, time was given till 20th January 2025.

Mr. Surajit Nath Mitra, learned senior advocate appearing for the respondent/plaintiff prays for extension of time to file the affidavit in reply. Such prayer for extension of time has been opposed by Mr. Reetobroto Mitra, learned senior advocate appearing for the appellant/defendant, intimating that the appellant/defendant has already filed the affidavit in opposition within the time directed.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials on record, we extend the time to file the affidavit in reply till 6th February 2025.
