Mills Ltd has been adjourned till January, 2026. It is further submitted on behalf of the Official Liquidator that there is no proceeding i.e. CP/221/1987 which is pending before this Court. In view of the above, CP/221/1987 stands disposed of insofar as the records of this Court are concerned. The connected application being GA/1/1995 also stands dismissed.
