...for respondent The Court: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present applications under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 have been wrongly preferred before this Court.

It is contended that this Court does not have jurisdiction which the petitioner realised later and has already filed similar applications before the appropriate Court having jurisdiction.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present applications.

In the light of the above submissions, AP-COM/669/2024, APCOM/670/2024 and AP-COM/671/2024 are dismissed as withdrawn. It is made clear that nothing in this order shall preclude the petitioner from proceeding before the Court having appropriate jurisdiction. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) bp./R.Bhar
