The Court:- Counsel for the respective parties are present. The plaintiff has filed an application, being GA No. 11/2023 praying for deleting/expunging the name of the defendant no. 1(a) from the cause title on the ground that the plaintiff is not claiming any relief against the defendant no. 1(a), namely Ms. Juhee Bajaj.

Considered the submission made by the Counsel for the plaintiff and perused the application, this Court finds that there is no impediment for deletion of the name of the defendant no. 1(a) from the suit. Accordingly,

prayers (a) and (b) of the master's summons are allowed. GA No. 11/2022 is disposed of.

The plaintiff and the defendant no. 2 have filed a terms of settlement entered between the parties which was duly signed by the plaintiff and the defendant no. 2 on 24th March, 2023 and the signatures of the plaintiff and the defendant no. 2 have been countersigned by the respective Counsel. Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties as mentioned in the said settlement and prayed for disposal of the present suit in terms of settlement.

Considered the terms of settlement entered between the parties, this Court finds that the suit can be disposed of in terms of the settlement. Accordingly, CS No. 225/2012 is disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 24th March, 2023.

The department is directed to draw up the decree by making the settlement as part of the decree. The defendant nos. 3 and 4 are directed to act in terms of the settlement arrived between the parties. (KRISHNA RAO, J.) s.chandra/
