The Court : Learned Counsel for the petitioner prays for interest on arrear gratuity and pension. Learned Counsel appearing for the State submits that not only gratuity and pension but interest thereon has been paid by the respondent.

Heard both the parties.

As the State has paid not only gratuity and pension but also interest on delayed payment gratuity and pension, nothing remains in this matter. Writ Petition 461 of 2019 stands disposed of.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit is called for, the allegations made in the writ petition, are deemed to have been denied.
