The Court :- Liberty is granted to the petitioner to correct the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the writ petition. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the Special Officer (Building), Kolkata Municipal Corporation to supply the order relating to Demolition Case No.018-D/XI/19-20 in respect of premises No. 226/1, Pirpukur Road, under Ward No. 112, Borough-XI, Kolkata 700 070.

It is submitted by the petitioner that the hearing was concluded on March 5, 2020 by the concerned Special Officer (Building), but till date no order has been supplied to the petitioner.

Mr. Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, submits that once the order is prepared and ready, the same shall be served upon the petitioner. Only after the order is served upon the petitioner will the same become effective. Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Kolkata Municipal Corporation to communicate the order, as soon as the same is ready and prepared, upon compliance of all formalities by the petitioner.
