The Court:- Leave is granted to the petitioner to correct the cause title. The Vakalatnama of the respondent is taken on record. This is an application for extension of the mandate of the learned arbitrator. Both the parties submit that the mandate is require to be extended. The mandate expired on June 10, 2024. It is submitted that arguments are complete and only the award is required to be published. Considering the advanced stage of the proceedings and the fact that it is near completion,

justice demands that the mandate should be extended. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned arbitrator is extended for a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
