The Court : Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept on record. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to ill-health of the learned Arbitrator, the arbitral proceeding could not be concluded within time and the mandate expired on March 2, 2024.

It is submitted that the arbitral award has already been prepared and published, subject to extension being obtained from the Court. Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent does not oppose the prayer. Also, sufficient cause for the delay has been made out. Accordingly, AP-COM/672/2024 is allowed, thereby extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator till September 10, 2024. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) s.pal
