The Corporation's report indicates that, upon receiving the present writ petition, the Corporation conducted an inspection of the premises and issued a notice under Section 401 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, on September 2, 2024. The department has also processed the case under Section 400 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980. In light of the steps already taken by the Corporation, there is no need to keep this writ petition pending. The Corporation is directed to complete

the proceedings under Section 400 of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, within three months from the date of communication of this order, in accordance with the law.
