The Court:-The matter has come up at the instance of the writ petitioner. The writ petition was disposed of vide this Court's Judgement dated November 11, 2025, however, without any mention as regards liberty, if any, granted to the petitioner to withdraw the sum of Rs.15 lakhs, earlier deposited by the petitioner with the learned Registrar, Original Side of this Court, pursuant to this Court's order dated September 17, 2019. Ms. Ray, learned advocate appears for the petitioner today and, hence, seeks a direction in this regard.

Considering the materials on record and the order of this Court passed on September 17, 2019 as well as Judgement dated November 11, 2025, it is directed that the petitioner shall be at liberty to withdraw the sum of Rs.15 lakhs, earlier deposited by the same by virtue of the Court's Order dated September 17, 2019, with the learned Registrar, Original Side along with accrued interest, if any, by fulfilling due formalities as regards the same. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate application before

the learned Registrar, Original Side of this Court upon which the learned Registrar, Original Side shall act as expeditiously as possible allowing the petitioner to withdraw the said sum of Rs.15 lakhs, maximum within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of the application, so filed by the petitioner.
