...for the respondent The Court:- By consent of the parties, the respondent agrees to pay the petitioner a consolidated amount of Rs.14,99,520/- in three installments. The respondent shall pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 31st January, 2022 and a further sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 28th February, 2022 and the balance sum of Rs.4,99,520/- on or before 30th April, 2022. Upon payment of the last installment, the entire claim of the petitioner shall stand satisfied in full and final discharge. In default of payment of any one

instalment, the claim of the petitioner will stand revived and the petitioner will be entitled to pray for payment of principal and penal interest. In view of the aforesaid, AP/398/2021 and AP/399/2021 are disposed of accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs.
