(Via Video Conference) The Court: By this application, the applicant seeks modification of the order dated November 8, 2019 passed in PLA 302 of 2019. By such order, the Court granted Letters of Administration in respect of the properties and credit of the deceased in favour of the applicant upon executing a bond of Rs. 90 lakhs of three sureties.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant is in a position to arrange two sureties for executing a bond for Rs. 90 lakhs. Therefore, he submits, the order dated November 8, 2019 so far as it requires three sureties should be modified.

The prayer being reasonable is accepted. Since the applicant is in a position to execute a bond for Rs. 90 lakh with two sureties, the applicant is permitted to do so. The order dated November 8, 2019 is modified to such extent. IA GA 1 of 2019 in PLA 302 of 2019 is disposed of accordingly. (DEBANGSU BASAK, J.) TR/
