For petitioner The Court :- This is an application for grant of probate of the last Will and testament dated 7th June, 2012 left behind by the abovenamed deceased. General Citation was issued and necessary affixation done. Publication has also been made. No testamentary caveat has been lodged by any person after the publication of General Citation. "No caveat certificate" has been issued by the department.

Considering the view of the department upon complete scrutiny, the probate is granted by allowing the petition in terms of prayer [c] of the petition. The petition for grant of probate being PLA 154 of 2022 stands disposed of, accordingly.
