The Court: Learned counsel for the award holder submits that the award debtor had substantially paid the awarded amount. However, since some of the amounts are yet to be cleared off, learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further leave to file afresh in the event the payments are not made. Accordingly, EC 183 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the award holder to file subsequently in the event the award is not satisfied in the meantime.

The warrant of arrest issued earlier pursuant to the order of the Court stands discharged. GA-COM/1/2024 stands disposed of accordingly as well. (SABYASACHI BHATTACHARYYA, J.) SP/
