..for the petitioner The Court: The petitioner has filed an instant application for deletion of the name of the administrator "Pijush Kanti Das" as he expired on 30th October, 2019 living behind his son the petitioner herein namely Pallab Kumar Das and wife Sandhya Das.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that after the granting of letters of administration dated 27th September, 2019 the deceased could not execute the bond and complete the administration of the deceased Mridul Kanti Das. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the mother of the petitioner has also submitted the consent affidavit stating that she has no objection for bringing the petitioner on record in PLA No. 304 of 2019 in place of "Pijush Kanti Das" as petitioner.

Considering the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner and the documents available on record, the Department is directed to record the death of Pijush Kanti Das in PLA No. 304 of 2019 and to substitute the

name of the petitioner in place of Pijush Kanti Das and to make necessary correction in PLA No. 304 of 2019 within two weeks from date. The petitioner is directed to reaffirm and verify the application within a week thereafter.

GA No. 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
