1. Ms. Jiya Bose, learned Counsel, is appearing for the plaintiff.

2. She submits that though she is appearing for the plaintiff but is not getting any instructions from the plaintiff for last several months.

3. It is found from the record that the matter was listed 28th January, 2025 and on the prayer made by the Counsel for the plaintiff, the case was adjourned.

4. Again the matter was listed on 17th February, 2025 but on the said date none appeared on behalf of either of the parties. Accordingly, the matter was placed in the warning list. After placing the matter in the warning list, the matter is listed today.

5. When the matter is called today, learned Counsel for the plaintiff submits that she is not getting instructions from the plaintiff.

6. In view of the above, this Court finds that the plaintiff is not interested to proceed with the matter.

7. Accordingly, CS-COM/499/2024 (Old No. CS/82/2023) is dismissed for default.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
