The Court: A principal legatee and a beneficiary of the Will of the deceased, by this application, seeks recording of the death of the sole executor and other consequential reliefs.

The sole executor died on December 11, 2019. His death be recorded. Consequent upon his death, the applicant is entitled to the reliefs as prayed for. There will be order in terms of prayers (a) to (f) of the Master's Summons dated October 13, 2020. The department will carry out the amendment within eight weeks from date.
