When the matter is called, the learned Advocate appearing for the plaintiff has handed over a communication dated 7th February, 2025 sent by the plaintiff to the advocate on record of the plaintiff intimating that the dispute between the parties have been settled amicably as the

defendant has issued a demand draft being No.636840 dated 6th February 2025 drawn on ICICI Bank, R.N. Mukherjee Road Branch in favour of plaintiff's company being the full and final settlement amounting to Rs.9,55,700/- by the defendant.

Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the parties have settled their dispute for a total sum of Rs.9,55,700/- and the plaintiff has accepted the said amount by way of demand draft as mentioned above. As the parties have settled their dispute outside of the Court, thus the plaintiff does not want to proceed further. Accordingly, CS-COM/496/2024 and all the connected applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
