The Court : This is an application for execution of an award dated 30 March, 2019. By the decree, the judgment debtors were directed to make payment of a sum of approximately Rs.84,49,358/-. It is submitted on behalf of the award holder that though the payments have been made by the judgment debtor. However, the exact details of payment are not available. The matter had appeared on 21 July, 2023 and 7 July, 2023 when repeated adjournments were sought for on behalf of the award holder. In such circumstances, EC/345/2019 stands dismissed.

Liberty is granted to the award holder to file a fresh execution application if the circumstances so warrant.

Liberty is also granted to the award holder to take back a copy of the original award after replacing of the same with a photocopy thereof. (RAVI KRISHAN KAPUR, J.) SK.
